In 2009, when the real estate market was in turmoil, Daniel chose to dive-in and never looked back. Beginning with serving a private residential investment portfolio, Daniel later obtained his Texas real estate license to broaden his scope in serving any clients whether buying, selling, or leasing. As a Houston, Texas native; Daniel leverages market knowledge to serve his clients goals in each asset class; industrial, office, multifamily, and retail properties. Daniel has represented commercial tenants and landlords, most notably Verandah Restaurant at Thor Equities - Kirby Collection.
